Apple Bites: Granola & Greek Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1 apple, Bravo variety
- 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp toasted granola
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Slice the apple into 5mm thick round discs, core out the seeds with a knife or a corer.
- Add a tbsp of Greek yogurt to each slice of apple, follow by the granola and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey over the top.
Notes
Other apple varieties such as Royal Gala, Pink Lady, Granny Smith are suitable for this recipe.
